Deep Sea Fishing and Dolphin Spotting
A boat trip on the Costa del Sol doesn't get much better than this. On your fully equipped private boat you can enjoy a relaxing day on the Mediterranean sea, dolphin watching, sipping a beer and admiring the views. |
That is until...the fish bites the bait, and your fishing reel starts unwinding at an amazing speed. The fish has already travelled 100 yards at over 50 mph and you've got to stop it. You leap into the fighting chair and someone straps you in. For the next 60 minutes itīs you against the fish. You slowly reel the fish in and you soon realise you've caught a 200 kilo tuna fish. |
Don't worry if you haven't fished before, the skipper on board will be able to show you everything you need to know. The skipper has over 10 years experience on the Med, and is one of the most experienced in the area. In 2001, he caught a record tuna fish weighing over 339 kilos; it took over 5 hours to reel in, and over an hour to get it on board! |
The most common fish are tuna, swordfish and shark! Catching a baby shark must surely be the highlight of your stag weekend. With deep sea fishing, you can never guarantee a catch, but half the fun is waiting and hoping a fish bites the bait. |
This is a wonderful day at sea, combining the excitement of big game fishing, the thrills of dolphin watching and the relaxation of chartering your own boat. Nearer the coast, you will also be able to go for swim in the clear blue sea. |
The boat is fully equipped with sonar, radar, a lounge, a toilet and a very large cool box. The boat has a maximum capacity of 9 people plus the skipper. However for larger groups we have more than 3 boats at our disposal and we can arrange a fishing tournament for the entire group. |

Senor Stag's Suggestion #1:
Hire the boat for a full day and make a day of it. You will have more chances of catching fish and spotting dolphins and you can also visit other marinas nearby for a spot of lunch.
Senor Stag's Suggestion #2:
You're going to be on a boat for at least 4 hours. You'll need plenty of sun cream and make sure you've had something to eat before the trip. We'll supply the drinks onboard.
